Stainless steel hoops are 1.6 inches in diameter. Knife charms are cut from two layer silver tone acrylic, plastic.  A scarlet Swarovski® crystal blood, or beet juice if your a foodie, drop is on both knife tips. Bloody Hell! Large Hoop earrings are sold as a pair, one left, one right.
